Here at Watermark, our number one priority is the health, safety, and comfort of our guests and our team.
Watermark has taken enhanced health and safety measures – for you, other guests, and staff members. You must follow all posted instructions while onboard a Watermark vessel or on a walking tour. As a guest on a Watermark vessel or walking tour, you agree to abide by current COVID-19 guidance, emergency regulation, and any other safety guidance which Watermark deems necessary for the safety of its staff and guests. Such guidance may be modified at any time consequent to existing conditions.
In accordance with President Biden’s Executive Order #13998 and recent CDC guidelines, face masks are no longer required to be worn on open decks (“outside”) of vessels. Face masks covering the nose and mouth continue to be required to be worn by passengers and Watermark staff while in the interior cabins of the vessels, even though the State of Maryland no longer has the same requirement. Masks may be removed when eating or drinking.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow this protocol. Once on board, if you have a question or concern about our COVID-19 protocol, please ask any member of our staff. If you are uncomfortable and would like to disembark before we leave the dock, please notify one of our staff. Your safety and enjoyment are our highest priorities.
On land, outside, vaccinated tour guides may elect to not wear a mask or shield.
CDC strongly recommends that anyone who has not yet been vaccinated still wear masks in most settings, however fully vaccinated individuals may resume any activities without wearing a mask indoors or outdoors, on land.
